Abandonment

A visual and auditory exploration of places, things and times past

"I found this a powerful, bleak, and wonderful realization."

Abandonment

Energy created, expressed, and released, living, breathing, accumulating, experiencing, emotions, what happens when all is left behind, abandoned, discarded, tossed away?

Abandonment is an installation consisting of photographs and sounds of places, and things, that have been lost. Consciously or unconsciously these items have been left behind to quietly decompose. The houses are monuments of a time since past. Vacant and painfully silent, their walls hold the secrets of the lives that once so boldly ruled their domain.
